JOB DESCRIPTION

Right at Home is looking for an experienced, professional Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join us as a Personal Support Services Supervisor. This exciting role will require you to travel within the Haldimand/Brantford/ Norfolk region. As a supervisor, you’ll oversee our team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

• Complete in-home visits with clients
• Complete detailed care plans, home assessments and consent forms
• Provide delegation to PSWs.
• Complete provider reports to HCCSS.
• Maintain up to date client information.
• Work collaboratively with all internal and external team members to support client needs.
• Supervise care delivery of PSWs.
