We are looking for a highly experienced Manager who will ensure the smooth running of our 71 bed Care Home and small Independent Living Village which is tucked away in the coastal community of Waipu.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to a diverse team
- Ensure all operational objectives are met
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Support and uphold relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Ensure all policies, procedures and contractual requirements are met to ensure the highest standards
- Identify and manage risk and enable a safety conscious culture
