POSITION OVERVIEW:
Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Care Management Support Coordinator II to join our team. This remote position plays a crucial role within a cross-functional call center team, focusing on connecting individuals to social service organizations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining and updating database information, and conducting organizational audits to ensure data accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Required Experience: Preferably 6 months of experience in customer service, call center environments, or social services organizations.
- Preferred Experience:
- Call center or phone-based work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., medical office, medical assistant, medical customer assistance).
- Fluency in Spanish.
SKILLS:
- Required Skills:
- Some experience in call center work or phone-based customer service.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish.
