This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Care Quality Assurance Officer to join our Care Quality Assurance Team.

THE ROLE:

The role predominantly involves care quality monitoring and supporting the external adult social care provision within in The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead across all customer groups.
In addition, working jointly with social care practitioners, social workers, and adult care providers including commissioners.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE

• Effective communication and liaising with and supporting care providers
• Accurate data entry, analysis and reporting from databases.
• Observing care delivery and reporting monitoring outcomes
