We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our Aged Care clients’ lives either in their own home or home-like environment.
We offer a variety of roles and shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week.
Personal Care Assistant- Following care plans to support day to day living of our residents in a Residential Aged Care setting.
Home Care Worker (New to industry welcome to apply)- Visit clients in their own home to assist with day to day living (Driving required)
Various roles are available across the Sydney Metropolitan area including Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Western Suburbs and the North Shore.

To be successful in this role you’ll need

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Good communication skills
  • A reliable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • An Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (Home Care only)
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable)
  • New to industry welcome to apply
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS Clearance (NDIS Residential Aged Care only)
