What you can expect
The TP Career Advisor Assistant is responsible for providing support to the CSRs whenever there is dissatisfaction and identified risk of resignation, in order to accomplish a successful integration or retention in the company.

What you’ll do

• Find and offer solutions to CSRs according to their needs;
• Analyze and act in all situations related to contract situations;
• Establish contacts and find solutions internally with other departments or with external entities;
• Guarantee the interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the projects(s) results;
• Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled.

What you’ll need

• Degree in Human Resources, Social Service or Social Sciences related (preferable);
• Good level of English (B2), spoken and written (mandatory);
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
• Achievement oriented;
• Communication skills;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Persuasiveness and problem solver.
