Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Career and Financial Counselor will provide comprehensive support to clients through services focused on employment placement, job retention, skill improvement, financial coaching, and access to public benefits. This role is essential in helping individuals and families achieve financial stability and career growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Finance, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience in case management, financial counseling, or a related area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of community resources and public benefits.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual skills (preferred).
