Description:
Are you ready to launch your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate to join our Group HR Team as a Career Framework Analyst.
This role is part of our V.I.E Programme, an international graduate program that offers young professionals the opportunity to work abroad and gain valuable experience. The position will be based in Milan and start in January 2025 for a period of 12 months. You will report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager (C&B), in close collaboration with the Head of Talent.
Our Career framework provides a clear outline of the roles, the skills and competencies within Euronext, and the progression paths employees can take to advance their careers.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Ensuring the integrity of our Career framework
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify and resolve potential inconsistencies within the career framework
- Lead the annual career framework review, in partnership with the C&B manager, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
- Collaborate with the HR Information Systems team to optimize data management and streamline processes
Enhancing awareness on our Career framework & strengthening the model
- Develop training materials and resources to increase HR Business Partners’ (HRBPs) and managers’ understanding of the career framework and make it a powerful tool for growth, promotion and career development
- Refine and reinforce the career framework by implementing updates and ensuring effective communication to key stakeholders
- Work closely with HR Directors (HRDs) and HRBPs to assess and address structural needs within the framework
Innovate and Optimize the Use of the Career Framework
- Identify opportunities to leverage the Career Framework for new applications, such as talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Analyze and propose improvements to align the Career Framework with broader organizational strategies, including workforce planning and employee retention
- Collaborate with HR partners to gather insights on how different departments are using the Career Framework and recommend solutions to better integrate it into HR processes
- Design metrics and feedback loops to track the effectiveness of the Career Framework and suggest ongoing improvements
Your profile :
- Proficient in Excel and advanced data analysis capabilities
- Pro-active and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to see beyond the numbers and propose strategic, innovative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client-service orientation
- Meticulous attention to detail, high level of rigor, and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
- Eligibility for the VIE Programme as defined by Business France

- Being between 18 to 28 years old
- Having a European nationality
- Never have declared taxes and no previous work experience in Italy
