Description:

The Assistant Director/Director will serve as the product owner, responsible for shaping, driving, and delivering an integrated digital experience across all touchpoints (web, app, etc.) to achieve business goals. This role requires a commercially driven leader who understands that a seamless digital experience is key to driving business value.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in transformation management and the development of digital channel and marketing technology capabilities within a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Expertise: Deep passion and expertise in digital and technology, with a strong understanding of digital channel technologies, digital marketing applications, CX/UX principles, SEO/SEM best practices, and analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), as well as CRM software.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with major social media platforms and analytics (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and knowledge of regional platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Red, Line, Kakao) is advantageous.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated passion for building, inspiring, and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to foster teamwork and drive synergies across departments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong agility and the capability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Regional Experience: Proven experience in managing digital marketing strategies across multiple regions, with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and digital trends. Ability to tailor strategies to diverse markets while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and alignment with global objectives.
