HR SYSTEM ANALYST

We are seeking a highly skilled HR systems analyst to join our team. As an HR systems analyst, you will assist the manager in managing and optimizing our HR technology systems and processes. You will work closely with HR cross functional teams to streamline workflows and improve employee experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR systems analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, experience in SAP SuccessFactors and artificial intelligence technologies will be advantageous
• Strong working knowledge of HR processes
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, working in teams or independently

• Assist the manager in identifying opportunities for process improvements, opportunities for automation and system enhancements
• Maintain HR systems and work with vendors to implement updates.
• Assist in the implementation of new HR technology systems, including collaborating with HR cross functional teams in analysing HR business requirements, process and recommending solutions.
• Train and support HR teams on the effective use of HR systems.
• Provide 1st level support on HR systems, which include troubleshooting, solutioning and escalation where necessary
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR systems and technology.
