Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6-8 years relevant working experience
  • Preferably candidates with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/ WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
  • Candidates with WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)/ WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) will have an added advantage
  • A team player with good communication and presentation skills, is creative, self-driven and independent
  • Possess strong planning, systems-thinking, project management and process analytical skills
  • Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic result-driven environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide the team to develop and implement new workforce development initiatives/ interventions in support of workforce transformation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis and develop in-house training content
  • Curate suite of learning solutions to meet training needs
  • Conduct in-house training programmes including orientation for new team members
  • Work with business units to develop and enhance training content as part of RWS Academy’s knowledge management
  • Introduce engaging training curriculum as well as creating and converting classroom materials to e-learning
  • Oversee the capabilities building for in-house trainers and quality assurance of training programmes
  • Liaise with external training vendors and measure training programme effectiveness
  • Plan and manage pre-course, during course and post-course administration responsibilities to ensure smooth implementation and conduct of in-house and external training programmes
  • Support and resolve learner-related issues and feedback to ensure a positive learning experience
  • Maintain and review HR learning management system to ensure smooth system support for learners and to ensure accuracy in training records
  • Work closely with team members to review internal workflows and recommend and implement improvements measures to streamline operations
  • Other Human Capital Projects such as maintenance of updated RWS Academy portal as well as any other cross-functional improvement projects
