This position ensures that the company operational needs are met, considering the price, quality, and delivery. Also to ensure continuity of supply for spare parts. The Sourcing & Procurement Specialist NECE is a support to source technical services / partners delivery in order to fulfill or complete an E2E management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduate or minimum of 1-year experience in procurement
• Knowledge in procurement
• IT Items Procurement Experience and Knowledge of IT suppliers are plus Points

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Very good knowledge of the German language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Business fluent in English
• Negotiating skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and commitment
• Ability to comply with existing or quickly adapt to new processes within the organization

• Process and cost optimized purchasing
• Implement the global purchasing strategy in collaboration with the regional team leaders and manage the deliveries for the NECE region.
• Effectively and proactively monitor and report on all incidents opened by customers.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify supply needs, quality and delivery requirements
• Identify cost, quality and timescales.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure continuity of goods and services that meet the company’s quality, service and price standards.
