  • Research in the field of regional development and regional management
  • Teaching and supervision or co-supervision of final papers within the scope of legal

possibilities

  • Transfer of knowledge and the promotion of junior researchers in line with the social

responsibility of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences

  • Assumption of administrative tasks within the framework of university self-administration
  • Acquisition and management of competitively funded national and international research

projects

  • Development of inter- and transdisciplinary research approaches at the interface of social,

natural and engineering sciences

  • Contributions to theories of regional development and regional management
  • Development and application of social science, inter- and transdisciplinary methods as well

as the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in social sciences

  • Acquisition of third-party funded projects and management of project teams
  • Publication and presentation of research results for national and international scientific

communities and regional actor groups

  • Representation of the research field at the national and international level
