Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following: research, marketing, events management, stakeholder management, project management, customer service, talent development, and business development.
- Customer-oriented, have passion to develop people to their fullest potential
- Independent worker, but also a strong team player.Effective communicator across all levels of clients, from senior management and below.

Responsibilities:
- Identify individual needs of undergraduate learners, suggest and implement appropriate interventions using a variety of available techniques.
- Participate in key education and human capital forums/events to network and stay abreast of market trends, legislative changes and industry demands in human capital development with particular attention to preferred skill sets and functional qualities to aid career guidance programmes.
- Support and drive marketing and publicity efforts for the programmes to achieve optimal learner engagement and outreach.
- Support Regional Recruitment initiatives. To provide support for collaboration with Mandarin speaking markets.
- Support in Career Coaching, Workshop and Training.
- Provide operational supervision for specific learner development programmes, including providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to the interns and taskforce.
- Ensure compliance with government and accreditation regulations.
