• Build Effective Career Support Processes: Design and implement a clear and structured Career Journey Map (CJM) to guide students from program completion to employment.
• Develop and Lead the Career Stream Team: Manage and develop a team of career consultants and reviewers, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-tier support to our students.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to monitor and optimize the performance of the career support stream, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Market Research & Partnerships: Participate in labor market research to understand evolving job requirements, and actively seek partnerships with companies for internship and employment opportunities for our graduates.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with other departments (product, student experience, etc.) to integrate career support seamlessly into the overall student experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and enhance the career programs to ensure alignment with market trends and student needs, ensuring a high placement rate across the LATAM region.
