Description:
Skinners’ Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and qualified Careers practitioner with experience supporting pupils to further their own career management skills. Encouraging the exploration of different career areas and varied career pathways(including apprenticeships and university as part of the careers journey) is important. You will also be responsible for supervising and managing the sixth form study area.
The Academy is on a journey from Good to Great and this has been confirmed by Ofsted in May 2022; “leaders and governors remain focused on doing the right things to improve the school further. They have developed an ambitious and clear long-term plan that outlines how they will reach their vision”.
