Have you got what it takes to design and deliver world-class career and leadership development services for a portfolio of dynamic and challenging high potential MBA students?
With a proven track record within university careers or corporate recruitment and development, applicants will need to be excellent communicators with the professional credibility, enthusiasm and flexibility of approach to work with a demanding and dynamic caseload of MBA and executive level students from a diverse international mix. The ability to work on your own initiative to deliver innovative programmes, to prepare students for career transitions and work with our Employer Relations team to help promote WBS talent will be essential.

About You
To be effective you will need experience and a proven track record of success in the delivery of university level career services or the management of a corporate recruitment programme, preferably with an understanding of the MBA market. A capable leader and strong team player, you will have a demonstrable ability to plan strategically and operationally; excellent organisational and project management skills; and a passion to support and coach our Part-Time MBA students to help them achieve their personal career goals. You should be able to build strong and enduring relationships with a diverse group of students, programme managers, academics and corporate practitioners.
