Caregiver/PSW

Woodslake Home Care Ltd. is a fast growing local home care agency and we are looking to expand our team of excellent PSW’s. We are owned by a former PSW/caregiver who knows how to care for clients, and most importantly, her employees. We have flexible work schedules and are able to train for higher level skills. This position requires you to have a valid drivers license and reliable car.

IDEAL CANDIDATE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification as a Personal Support Worker through a recognized College or educational institution is an asset but not necessary.
• Must demonstrate a commitment to resident safety by providing quality care in accordance with the organization’s mission and vision;
• Experience in Long-Term Care setting is preferred;
• Must demonstrate good communication skills;
• Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education;

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
