Description:
GreenCorp Property Services is looking for a full time day Caretaker / Cleaner for a brand new high rise residential development in Hawthorn .
They will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas in a group of residential buildings.
The candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be proactive in identifying and addressing maintenance issues, be a good trouble shooter and possess excellent time management and communication skills.
EXPERIENCE:
· Previous experience in cleaning or caretaking.
· Experience in working with trade contractors is an advantage.
SKILLS:
· Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
· Effective communication skills for liaising with contractors and residents.
· Good trouble shooter
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting of moderate to heavy objects.
