For this position, we are also looking for:
- Candidates with a minimum Bachelor’s degree within Marine/Chemical/Business/Economics/Finance or other related subjects.
- Experience in cargo or shipping operations, refining or logistics, with the ability to translate schedulers, planners and traders’ strategies into a successful operational plan.
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of the drivers influencing trading profit and loss, critical thinking and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people and communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate, and a professional level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- An interest in identifying where ways of working have potential to be improved and be an agent for change.
- Experience with storage, handling and transport of bio-fuels would be advantageous.
