Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and assembling frameworks for buildings, ensuring that all structures are built according to specifications and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on various construction projects.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and practices.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience in concrete finishing and forming is a plus.
- Familiarity with drywall installation processes.
- Competence in using various power tools safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Construct and assemble wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to cut, shape, and install materials.
- Perform concrete forming tasks as needed, including pouring and finishing concrete.
- Install siding and drywall as part of the building process.
