THE ROLE:

As a Carpet & Flooring Installation Manager, you will lead installation operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency. This role is pivotal to ensuring our customers receive the best in flooring solutions, from the first point of contact through to the completion of installations. You’ll oversee a talented team, innovate new installation methods, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of flooring installers, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completions.
• Innovate and implement best practices in flooring installation.
• Ensure all projects meet industry safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Provide training to new team members and ensure quality control.
• Drive process improvement and promote a culture of accountability.

• Extensive experience in flooring installation, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Able to multitask and manage projects efficiently.
