Description:
C.H. Robinson is looking for a dynamic Carrier Ecosystem Operational Representative to join our team, specializing in ferry operations across the EU.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with ferry providers, building strong relationships and providing support on transportation and invoicing issues. You’ll be the primary point of contact for carriers, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with ferries processes.
As a key player in our ecosystem team, you will analyze transportation routes within our network, resolve issues, and keep all stakeholders informed with clear reporting and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or administration
- Experience handling invoices or other forms of payments
- Proficiency in English at C1 level
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of customer service operations
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (manager based in a different European location)
Preferred:
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Familiarity with transportation
- Fluency in Polish

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with ferry providers, building and maintaining relationships
- Support carriers with transportation issues and invoice-related concerns
- Act as the first point of contact for carriers and perform operational tasks as needed
- Ensure legal and internal compliance of the ferry process
- Analyze transportation patterns and promote ferries as an added value to the network
- Follow SOPs to meet service level agreements and resolve routine exceptions
- Document key events and escalate issues when necessary
- Run and distribute reports according to defined processes
- Build collaborative relationships internally and externally
