Case Manager - Comcare

  • Permanent, hybrid role - only 2 days in office

Responsibilities:

As a Case Manager you will have the opportunity to do your best work as you take on responsibilities for the end-to-end management of claims under the Self Insurance/Comcare. You will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.

Your role will include:

  • Provide a range of coordinated high quality case management services for portfolios under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and Comcare Regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to improvements through proactively managed relationships, measured performance against expectations and contractual requirements, service standards and best practice delivery.
  • Prepare for, and participate in, cyclical events such as audits, claims review meetings, and association meetings.
  • Participate in the broader SRC Licensee Association and Committee meetings, such as Education Days, training events, conferences, etc.
