Description:
Colorado’s award-winning personal injury law firm, The Wilhite Law Firm, is hiring an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Paralegal). We enjoy a team environment and are seeking positive, self-motivated people who thrive as part of a team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Requesting medical records and bills;
- Monthly case reviews;
- In-depth analysis of medical records and bills;
- Verifying all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and presented for maximum recovery;
- Drafting demands;
- Fostering and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication;
- Corresponding with providers and insurance adjusters.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work with multiple attorneys. This position requires excellent attention to detail (including time management and accuracy), a positive attitude, and a team player mentality.
Applicants must have prior working knowledge of the personal injury field with 3-5 years of experience working as a Case Manager (Paralegal) in a personal injury law office, handling auto accident cases.

Compensation $28.85-33.65/h
