The key activities of our Case Managers Include:
- Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers
- Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work
- Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy
- Document and apply decision-making principles
- Meet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes
You genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer- centric service with empathy and patience. To be successful in this role, you will also bring:
- Experience in a case management, workers compensation and/or allied health environment or similar
- Experience working under relevant policies and procedures, which may include legislation.
- A high degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A resilient approach to your work, maintaining a positive and optimistic response to all challenges
