JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Casework Team Leader, providing mentoring, coaching and advice in a team environment delivering exceptional customer service. Including programming casework to a range of different Inspectors, to meet their development needs and ensure the organisation meets its key casework ambitions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you need to be a detail-focused, driven individual who is aware of the needs of customers and works well with others across a wider operational team to achieve the organisation’s casework aims. The Team Leader should lead by example, set high standards for quality and timely delivery, and provide their staff with opportunities to fulfil their potential and meet career progression aspirations.
On a day-to-day basis provide procedural advice to customers and case officers, drafting responses and referrals as required. Ensure the legislation is complied with and make decisions based on fairness, openness, and transparency. Ensuring staff are fully engaged and utilised, including monitoring performance and providing feedback. On a weekly basis ensure cohort of Inspectors assigned have their availability for casework fully utilised with an appropriate allocation of casework which is prioritised to meet overall targets and their development needs.
