YOUR STRENGTHS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You have completed commercial training or a degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in cash management or accounting.
  • You have experience with accounting software and banking systems.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • You bring a high level of accuracy and detail-orientation, coupled with an independent and structured way of working.

    The minimum salary for this position is EUR 50.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Cash Accountant (m/f/d) you carry out daily cash management activities, including the management of bank accounts and cash pooling.
  • You prepare payment instructions, including the management of bank transfers and standing orders.
  • You manage expenses and reimbursements via internal systems.
  • You assist in the preparation of regular financial reports and detailed analyses (e.g. intercompany).
  • You support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • You assist in ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • You participate in internal controls to minimize financial risks and prevent fraud.
  • You coordinate with external service providers, such as banks and payment providers, to ensure smooth operations.
  • You maintain and manage relevant documents, contracts and authorizations.
  • You identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the areas of payment processing and cash management as well as support in the implementation and optimization of treasury processes and tools (e.g. POS settlements for stores).
