Description:
We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our team located in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The role involves handling various accounting functions within the financial services industry. As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be processing customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer cash applications including recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
- Maintain accurate records by reviewing invoices, debits, and credits.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate action when necessary.
- Utilize accounting software systems for data processing.
- Work with Automated Clearing House (ACH) for billing functions and cash activity.
- Utilize Epic Software for maintaining accurate customer credit records.
- Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with the industry standards and procedures.

- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
