Cash Application Specialist

We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our team located in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The role involves handling various accounting functions within the financial services industry. As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be processing customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity.

• Handle customer cash applications including recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Maintain accurate records by reviewing invoices, debits, and credits.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate action when necessary.
• Utilize accounting software systems for data processing.
• Work with Automated Clearing House (ACH) for billing functions and cash activity.
• Utilize Epic Software for maintaining accurate customer credit records.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with the industry standards and procedures.

• Experience in Data Processing
• Proficiency in Epic Software and Epic System
• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in Cash Applications
