• Bachelors degree in Business or related field; equivalent work experience in functional area may be substituted

SKILLS

• Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, consistent accuracy, customer service, effective communication, analysis, problem solving
• Quick to learn new tasks, develop skills, and adopt change
• Advanced language skills to include fluency in English, both written and verbal

KNOWLEDGE

• Preferred SAP and/or JDE experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The role of the Shared Services Associate Analyst is to execute a sub process within a business process area. In completing daily actionable steps, the Associate Analyst role completes various deliverables by accurately entering data, quickly resolving problems, managing documents, communicating with internal/external customers, looking for process improvement opportunities, and being accountable for the seamless execution of a sub process. Associate Analysts are critical to the successful operation of Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centers by serving as a high-performing member of the end-to-end process team..

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides coverage for C2C Processors and Supervisor as required.
• Prepares and maintains statistics required for monthly reporting including preparation of documents and emails.
• Assists with reviewing month-end reports to ensure accuracy.
• Extracts information from various online banking sites and apply customer payments in financial systems.
• Reconciles daily cash applications between banks and the general ledger.
• Apply customers adjustments.
• Assists with resolving issues related to Special Billings, Customer Claims, Graphics Billings, and Obsolete Inventory, Pricing Adjustments, etc.
• Distributes invoices via multiple channels and upload into archiving systems. Verify EDI transmissions and portal reports.
• Ensures receipt of proper Sales Tax Exemption Certificates from customers.
• Tracks Special Billing portal requests, acquires approvals, determines accounting code, and prepares invoices or credit memos.
• Uploads invoices to customer websites and portals.
• Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Processes C2C transactions and journal entries.
• Prepares timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports according to deadlines and requirements; including but not limited to: Obsolete Report, Invoice Counts, CMI Report and Shipments Pending.
• Works under close supervision within parameters set my management.
• Performs maintenance to C2C archives, files, and the financial systems.
• Standard additions: relationships, work cycle, attendance, health and safety, communication, meet KPI’s, follows policy and procedure.
