In this role, you will report directly to the Global Volume Collections (GVC) Director and will closely collaborate with the regional volume leadership team and other GVC SPOCs. One of the main tasks will be the change management, where the ultimate goal is to have one GVC process. The role is considered as high visibility and high impact role.

Responsibilities:

  • GVC related automation – identify opportunities for automation in the GVC process to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
  • GVC related standardization – drive the standardization and implementation of the volume collection processes and procedures across different regions and MUs
  • GVC related projects – participate in the key projects (e.g. NGCS, O2C Team Up…) and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved. Provide regular updates to the senior management.
  • GVC related process documentation – help in creation and updates of the GVC process documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiative for the GVC team – support dissemination of key updates and initiatives across the global and regional teams.
  • Other related duties as assigned
