Who we are looking for:
An excellent opportunity has arisen at the Associate 1 level within EMEA Cash Custody Poland, which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include the timely and accurate processing specific activities performed in the areas of Cash Operations. The Payment Analyst acts as the main point of contact for all other supporting functions and is responsible for analyzing information, monitoring and resolving queries received from external parties.

What you will be responsible for:

As EMEA Cash Custody Payment Specialist you will:

  • Process timely and accurately all related activity as set out within operating procedures.
  • Deliver effective client service.
  • Effectively prioritize the workload and ensure daily tasks are completed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal State Street departments as well as externally
  • Work with first line Manager on process improvements
  • Participate and complete assigned projects and departmental initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate with other Team Members to discuss non-standard topics

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educated to a degree level (preferred)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Italian would be an advantage, but is not required
  • Experience in working in financial environment would be an advantage, but is not required
  • An understanding of the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of financial instruments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
