Contract: 1 year contract (with possibility of extending)
Department: Treasury

Responsibilities:

  • Set the daily cash position of the Group
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly cash management processes and procedures for the Group
  • Initiate the issuance of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit on behalf of the local entities
  • Drive process & efficiency improvements in trade finance (Bank Guarantees & Letters of Credit) involving all related stakeholders
  • Participate in the execution of payments related to intercompany and capital transactions
  • Maintain the credit facilities for the Group, including implementation of new credit lines, maintenance of existing lines and closure of lines
  • Monitor the Group’s compliance with the Treasury policy in terms of cash management activities
  • Understand and comply with relevant policies and with Internal and External Audit requirements
  • Continuously strive for process improvement
  • Credit and counterparty risk management related to investments and cash balances
  • Act as a key user in ERP/TMS for Cash Management activities
  • Contribute towards projects, including testing
  • Prepare reports, presentations and documentation
  • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including (amongst others) other Group Treasury teams, Group Tax, Internal and External Audit, Banks, Accounting and local operations
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Cash Management
  • Build treasury knowledge on instruments, processes and scope
  • Build system knowledge for ERP/TMS functionalities relevant to Cash Management
  • Build end-to-end knowledge on all Trade Finance activity and products, including Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit
