JOB DESCRIPTION
The BL Regulatory Review Rep role arises from the need to integrate regulatory-related research and processes around new controls, ensuring compliance and mitigating regulatory risks. The representative collaborates with the team to identify any regulatory or Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) impacts, addressing exceptions to prevent regulatory issues. Acting as a liaison between the EFCC, CTR and Cash Vault Operations, the ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of cash vault operations and CTR reporting. A self-starter, the candidate should be adept at independently creating and defining the framework for this role, building relationships, influencing others, and communicating effectively with auditors. This position is crucial in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong presentation skills
