Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
- Serve and assist customers with orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace, including regular cleaning and organization tasks
- Manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts by creating and posting content, responding to messages, and engaging with followers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
