Description:

OVERVIEW

This is a full time management position. It includes responsibility for our Cash, Returns, E-com and clearance programs.

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior leadership and management experience in a retail setting is a must.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically in English is required.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative in individual responsibilities.

    Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the cashier/returns department, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the checkout/returns process.
  • Train and mentor new cashiers on best practices in cash handling, customer service, and upselling techniques.
  • Manage the traffic flow at the front end to ensure customers are served quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
  • Monitor cash register operations, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and security measures.
  • Oversee E-Commerce program to ensure orders are picked , packed and shipped accurately and quickly.
  • Manage clearance program to build sales in this very profitable category.
