Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of tables, counters, and overall maintaining a high level of safety and sanitation standards.
- Greeting of guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.
- Processing transactions in Micros Point of Sale (P.O.S.).
- Perform basic math functions to collect payment and make change.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Cross-trained in varies outlets and scheduled in 1 or more.
- Complete end of day cashout reconciliation, ensuring accuracy of deposit.
- Execute delivery of all food and beverage in an efficient and professional manner.
- Packaging of prepared foods, labeling, and pricing.
- Maintain a high level of safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor and order packaging supply inventory.
- Assist with the opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Assume related duties as required.
