CLIENT EXPERIENCE:

  • Win clients loyalty.
  • Welcome, listen to, understand, shape and satisfy client needs, exceeding their expectations.
  • Introduce complimentary services to the client and assist to uplift the average basket sales.
  • Apply Sephora Attitude with the use of digital tools to enhance the clients experience.
  • Share product knowledge to build the sale and basket.
  • Have a friendly and engaging personality in order to foster and maintain long lasting positive client relationships.
  • Support different categories on shopfloor, when asked to.

EDUCATION & DEMONSTRATION:

  • Assist and guide clients in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs and skin type.
  • Support the store team by explaining and demonstrating new products to clients.
  • Display an exceptional image and body language in alignment with Sephora grooming guidelines, setting an example as a role model.
  • Understand customer beauty pass status, points, and offers, introducing beauty pass promotions with the correct scanning process.
  • Address customer queries, promote the Sephora website and digital tools, and resolve complaints related to the beauty pass program.

SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in a retail/Customer Experience focused environment
  • Interest in the Beauty & Cosmetic industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and personalize recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional appearance with a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
