About the opportunity: We are looking for a Casual Academy Kit Assistant(s) to be a part of our Casual pool based at our Finch Farm site. Your role will be to provide all football related kit and equipment to players and colleagues within the Academy on a weekly and seasonal basis.
Other key responsibilities as part of this role include;
- Organising and co-ordinating all kit and equipment as part of the Programme, including all home and away games, tours, tournaments, and activities following any changes to the weekly planner
- Assist with the annual ordering of kit and equipment for all staff and players
- Assist with kit distribution to players and staff at the start of each season, ensuring they are appropriately labelled for each person and recorded within stock database.
- Administer a stock control system, taking note of any kit given out against order forms
Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is able to work flexibly around the demands of the various teams you will be providing support to. Ideally, the candidate will have confident use of IT packages.
The role is based at our Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood); on a casual engagement basis.
