The Contact Centre Representative is responsible for managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a structured working environment to ensure all inquiries are answered and managed in a timely and professional manner.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for talented individuals in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane region who love retail, loves a challenge, and loves waking up each day with a passion for making a difference.

Support the Salvos Stores Team with the day-to-day queries and provide quality support experience for our team, customers and community members.

  • Attend to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely, professional and efficient manner and attend to queries as per the standard operational procedure.
  • Respond to email and phone enquiries as they arise, which may entail liaising with other departments, including logistics, other TSA services and programs and other Salvos Stores retail teams and ensure quality outcomes and service delivery are met.
  • In Consultation with the Contact Centre Team Leader, assist with the prioritisation of incoming queries for the team and ensure all relevant schedules are being followed and key KPIs are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate donor records across their respective databases for home collection services, Salvos Club Cards and financial donations.
  • Keep up to date with Salvos Stores and the Salvation Army’s information, services and programs.
  • Complete Contact Centre office and administration duties and other tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines as outlined by The Salvation Army (TSA), including assessing risk, record keeping and submitting SolvSafety incidents in a timely manner.
  • Assist and perform additional tasks/jobs as reasonably required in accordance with established guidelines, processes and/or as required by the Line Manager.
