Casual Dual Credit Sociology Instructor

We are looking for an experienced casual instructor to join the University Transfer and Cross Faculty Education teams for the Winter 2025 semester* to teach one section of SOCI 1000 “Introduction to the Study of Society.” This class will be directed at high school students who are taking courses through University Transfer. As such, the course will be facilitated by the high school, Cross Faculty Education, and University Transfer. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chair of University Transfer.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evening and weekend work. All position responsibilities will be carried out in the online synchronous teaching modality.

• This position will start In February 2025 and conclude in June 2025, and includes 3 hours of face-to-face instruction per week, from 4pm to 7pm (specific day of the week will be discussed).
