We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Chefs to join Crown and support in the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within our events and banqueting operations.

In this role, you will:

• Support a team of professional Chefs, catering some of Australia’s most recognised events, including Spring Racing Carnival, Industry events, galas, and private functions.
• Assist in the preparation and plating of events for 10 up to 2500 guests.
• Demonstrate an understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
