JOB TITLE – Casual Waiter/Waitress - The Marina
DEPARTMENT – St Brides Spa & Hotel
RATE OF PAY - £7.50 - £11.44 per hour depending on age
CONTRACT TYPE – Casual, working on an as and when required basis according to business levels
HOURS OF WORK – Casual, as and when required
Responsibilities:
Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous, polite, efficient and friendly manner. Provide a consistent service and give assistance to the customers.
Assist the Manager & Supervisor in Food & Beverage order taking and enhancing the customer experience, in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
Constantly monitor the customers in order to anticipate their needs, communicating effectively.
