Mad Mex is looking for a hardworking and passionate Casual Grill Cook to be part of our team at our restaurant located in Pacific Fair.

Responsibilities:
The Grill Cook is responsible for all day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes whilst adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.
