WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The Royal Armouries & New Dock Hall is the largest dedicated conference, events and Exhibition space in Leeds. Our venue offers world-class facilities for high-profile conferences, conventions, exhibitions, awards dinners and corporate events for up to 2,500 delegates, hosting more than 380 national and international events every year.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our dedicated operations team at The Royal Armouries. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to our guests and clients
• Assisting with event service of food and drink
• Setting up rooms for meetings and dining
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and furniture
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service
• Working with and taking direction from management
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
