Responsibilities:

  • Experience in using IT systems for enquiries and record management (e.g., KxWelcome, SITS, or CRM).
  • Skilled in resolving complaints and addressing student rent or room queries tactfully and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks, and deliver detailed, accurate work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building professional relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders while handling sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
  • Proven success in communicating calmly under pressure and managing conflict or challenging wellbeing-related situations with professionalism
