- Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday between 7am – 7pm
- Specific 7.25 hour shifts will be negotiated within these timeframes
WORKING AT CQUNIVERSITY
Our Health Clinics deliver a range of health services to staff and students, as well as the general public. With state-of-the art health facilities, the Health Clinics provide practical learning environments for students under clinical supervision by registered health professionals.
We are seeking motivated individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent customer service skills to cover shifts on a backfill and on-call basis. Within this role, you will provide high levels of customer service and administrative support for the Health Clinic. You will be responsible for a wide array of tasks including welcoming and assisting patients, managing the patient management system (training provided), scheduling appointments and handling phone and email enquiries.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven planning and organisational skills with an ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures.
- Experience using various software programs including word, Excel, database systems and email.
- Competent in the operation of computers and utilising large corporate information systems.
