Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and welcome with a warm and friendly personality, directing and announcing them appropriately and their needs from arrival to departure.
  • Coordinate and work with the kitchen, front of house, housekeeping and events teams to ensure communication is clear and concise and guest needs are met.
  • Solve problems and work with the team to find solutions.
  • Provide administration and support to the leadership team.
    This role requires the incumbent to apply for and maintain a Working With Children Check.
