The Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Catering Manager to join our expanding team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor for the stunning Taronga Zoo precinct.
You will be responsible for leading the team of multiple operations at Taronga Zoo. Ensuring that all outlets operate in a sustainable, courteous and efficient manner, this role is responsible for developing strong, reliable, and professional relationships with all staff, internal and external stakeholders.

• Supervisory experience in a multi-outlet venue.
• Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities, true motivator
• Knowledge of point of sale and rostering systems.
• Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitors.
• Passion for great quality food, beverage and service.
• NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol competency, or willing to gain.
• Paid Working with Children Check, or willing to gain.
