Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, provides clerical assistance and performs administrative related functions in conjunction with other service center personnel in the maintenance of daily service center activities. Serves in an administrative support role for assigning work to coordinators and reviewers, and in processing new and pending issues and escalations administered through the intake process in support of key operational functions, documenting and informing various systems, stakeholders, records and applications according to procedures and program requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in and/or performs general clerical duties necessary to accomplish daily department activities
- Performs typing/keyboarding and data input functions
- Monitors inbound email box for newly reported issues and general inquiries
- Proactively monitors project production and quality to ensure achievement of client objectives and standards.
- Collects, verifies, and stores organizational payroll data.
- Assigns and distributes inquires to coordinators or reviewers
- Inputs and processes all client specific feedback forms
- Answers and directs incoming calls received on the dedicated service lines
- Assists external clients with customer service inquiries
- Documents assignments and status, utilizing appropriate web based systems
- Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 year’s customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience
- Minimum two years’ office experience. Demonstrated experience in customer service, administrative/clerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize internal web-based programs
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Strong work ethic
- Possesses high level of attention to detail
- Understands the business-to-business relationship, and deals with all communication effectively with high levels of customer service. Proactive in making suggestions for process improvements and creative methods
- Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services
